  • Middle-Income Groups (MIG I & MIG II):

MIG I with an annual income between Rs. 6 lakh and Rs. 12 lakh, and MIG II with an annual income between Rs. 12 lakh and Rs. 18 lakh.

Interest Subsidy Components:

  • EWS and LIG:

An interest subsidy of up to 6.5% for a tenure of 20 years or the actual tenure of the loan, whichever is shorter.

  • MIG I:

An interest subsidy of 4% for a loan amount up to Rs. 9 lakh, and 3% for a loan amount up to Rs. 12 lakh.

  • MIG II:

An interest subsidy of 3% for a loan amount up to Rs. 12 lakh.

Maximum Loan Amount:

The maximum loan amount and subsidy amount vary based on the income group and the specific criteria of the CLSS.

Eligibility Criteria:

Beneficiaries must meet certain eligibility criteria, including not owning a pucca house, and the family should not have availed of central assistance under any housing scheme from the Government of India.

Application Process:

Eligible individuals can apply for the Credit-Linked Subsidy Scheme through participating financial institutions, including banks and housing finance companies.

Tenure of Loan:

The subsidy is applicable for a specific tenure, and the maximum repayment tenure can vary based on the income group.

Implementation Agencies:
